Busy Weekend!

On Saturday Mom, Dad, and Cole headed to Dartmouth to Salt Marsh Pottery. Mom's co-workers had given her a gift certificate to have Cole's hand and footprints done. We were looking forward to this and hoping that Cole would be on his best behavior. He was very cooperative and we are looking forward to receiving the finished product. After we got home, we got a visit from Grampy and Grammy who were on their way home from New York. Auntie Tat, Uncle Brian, and cousin Mason came over as well and we all enjoyed each other's company. Later in the day, Cole also got to meet Grampy Jack (visiting from Florida) and also Auntie Becca (visiting from Maine). Mommy and Daddy forgot to document these first meetings unfortunately but there will be plenty of pictures in the future! Here are some pics from the weekend!

First the hands...

then the feet!

Cole was so relaxed with Grampy he passed out!

Smiling at Grammy!

First Thanksgiving!

We celebrated our first Thanksgiving with Cole and we truly could not be more thankful for what God has blessed us with. This little boy has brought us more happiness then we ever imagined possible. His precious little smile and dimples melt our hearts on a daily basis. Even on the sleepless nights or the fussy days, he continues to have us wrapped around his little fingers! We spent this Thanksgiving shuffling between several different places. Our first stop was the nursing home so that Cole could meet his Super Gram. We were then off to Barrington for a visit with the Noyes clan at Auntie Ann and Uncle Bob's. From there, we left for Rehoboth for some dinner at Mima and Papa's house. It was certainly a fun filled day and Cole was on his best behavior. He has his two month shots the day before so he was quite sleepy and had a fever but was in good spirits for the whole day! We didn't do a great deal documenting the days festivities but here are a few shots.

Two Months Old!!!

Cole turned two months old on Friday and it's hard to believe that two months has gone by already! He continues to grow and change every day! He is enjoying smiling lots and making cooing noises. He is also starting to grab onto things - especially mommy's hair!!! His two month appointment is on Wednesday - Mommy is NOT looking forward to those shots! We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! We certainly have ALOT to be thankful for this year!

Not enjoying modeling this handmade hat!

Yes - they are holding hands!!! Cousin Mason loves looking at his little cousin Cole!

Cole LOVES watching and listening to Daddy make silly noises!

Still loving his swing!

Go Buckeyes! Daddy (and Cole) were very happy with the Buckeye win this weekend! Looking forward to the Rose Bowl!

Just some more pics!

Cole is beginning to smile more and more and even make some cooing noises at his mommy and daddy! Despite some issues with reflux, he still manages to be a happy baby! Here are just a few pictures taken in the last few days!

Working on that head control!

Love those dimples!!!

A visit with Auntie Kristin

This is what happens lately when we attempt to do "tummy time"!!!

Watch out ladies - those dimples are killer!

Cousins!

Mason and Cole are well on their way to being best buddies! Although Cole is still unaware of Mason - Mason is now beginning to smile and recognize his partner in crime! Here are some recent pictures of them! We are looking forward to watching them grow together!

Happy Birthday Uncle Brian!

Uncle Brian turned 33 on Sunday November 8th so we celebrated with some good food, cake, football and Uncle Brian's new Wii!!! As many of you know Brian is just a little competitive so, he was not too excited when he got beat by his little sister in one of the games!

No - I am NOT pregnant - I am wearing Cole in the moby wrap!

Happy Birthday Uncle Brian!

Mima, Papa, and Great Grammy stopped by to wish Uncle Brian a happy birthday too!

Cousin Mason and his daddy!

Just some pics!

Here are a few pictures of Cole with some family and friends and some of just Cole being Cole! He continues to grow each day and we are enjoying watching his little personality emerge.

Annual Tree Tagging

Uncle Brian with their "perfect" tree! He takes the same picture every year! Hopefully this tree isn't as big as last years!

Cole slept through the tree tagging but in a few years he'll be tossing the football with Daddy at the tree farm!

Here's the clan but we are missing the Blount/Girard Families!

On Sunday we went to do our annual Christmas Tree tagging. We normally do this with the Wildeman/Blount/Girard families as well but we couldn't all go this year so just the Wildeman/Noyes family made the trek to Little Compton to find the "perfect" tree!!! We had to search long and hard this year and I think we inspected just about every tree there but after some discussion I think we finally found our perfect tree! Coincidentally our "perfect" tree happened to be about five trees away from the Wildeman's "perfect" tree - funny how that happened! We look forward to going back to cut our trees down and see Santa!

Halloween 2009

Our friends Camilla and Abe who used to live in the neighborhood came to the parade with their daughter Nora!

Cole's "daytime" costume!

The Blount Family also came to enjoy the parade.

Not good quality but the only picture we got of the Wildeman Family

Again, not a good picture but shows how popular this parade is.

It just so happens that the new neighborhood we live in has an annual Halloween parade every year (Mommy and Cole like this but Daddy - not so much!). All the children and their parents gathered at 5 pm on Saturday for the parade led by a local police officer. We were amazed at not only the costumes but the number of participants!!! This is a serious parade! After the parade we headed over to Auntie Tat, Uncle Brian and Cousin Mason's house for a halloween party. We had lots of fun!!!

Cole and some of his friends!

I'm trying to become a "big guy" like my Daddy!

Happy Baby!!!

Snuggling with Marcy!

Loving Auntie Rach who took some amazing photos for his one month old photo shoot! You're very talented auntie!

Cole continues to grow and amaze us with his little personality that is emerging. He loves to smile at his mommy and daddy - especially after he has a full belly! This week he appears to be going through a growth spurt which has included lots of eating and sleeping! He has also continued to enjoy meeting and snuggling with old and new friends.
