Happy Birthday Brennan!

Cousin Brennan celebrated his first birthday last weekend and Cole enjoyed going to his first birthday party! We had a good time catching up with family and friends (and enjoying the delicious food!). Here are some pics of the party!

Vacation!!!

Mommy is off from school this week and we are enjoying our time together (we even convinced Daddy to take a few days off to hang with us too!!!). Cole has changed so much in the last few weeks - we are continually amazed at how aware he is and the new things he does each day. He is enjoying grabbing and putting everything in his mouth and he is entertaining himself more independently with his toys! We love his little belly laugh and giggle that have recently emerged as well. He has begun to "tri-pod" and is well on his way to sitting independently (which will hopefully help with the reflux!)

Cole has been enjoying oatmeal for several weeks now so we thought it was time to introduce something else! For the last few nights he has REALLY enjoyed his sweet potatoes!!! Although it is quite the mess - we are loving watching and hearing him enjoy his meals!

Another thing we have begun to celebrate is Cole sleeping through the night. For the last several nights he has slept from 9/10ish to 5/6ish - pretty good for a little guy who just a few weeks ago was getting up 3 or 4 times a night!
